What's Nu? And more importantly Why?

The answer to the second question is interesting.  Tim Burks is a software developer (apparently an impatient one) who’s written a LISP on top of obj-c with the goal of building something that provides rapid prototyping support for building cocoa apps.  Even more strangely, his lisp is heavily influenced by Ruby.  I don’t know whether Nu is an acceptable LISP, but i do know that you can do some cool things in Cocoa with it.
