Revenge is a dish best served Medium Well

One of the benefits of marrying a food scientist, is that you learn all sorts of things about one of those integral parts of living, that is, food. 

Todays fact is that over-cooking meat, even if you’re not on the barbecue, causes the meat to become carcinogenic.  Worse yet, it also denatures a protein that’s necessary for humans (B12), that can only be found in meat, and other animal sources.
